This hotel was a great find for our ski trip! First, the location couldn't be better. It's right on the slopes, so we could ski in and out with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a large heater to keep us warm after a day on the mountain. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to fuel us up for the day. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded our expectations in every way.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The newly-renovated room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel onsen was luxurious and offered stunning mountain views. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of Japanese and Western options. The hotel also offered discounted ski lift tickets. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The room had a bit of dust, causing allergies, and the food menu could be improved.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel in the mountains and it was amazing! the location was perfect as it was just next to the ski area which had beginner slopes that suited me perfectly. the rental price for the ski gear was lower than other nearby places and the discounted ski lift pass that I bought at the hotel was a great deal! the big open air onsen was also a huge plus, especially when the snow was falling. I loved how many pillows, blankets, and mattresses were available in my Tatami room, which was spacious enough for four people.
Although the room was big and comfortable, I found it quite dusty and had some allergies. I also wished I had requested a room that was further from the lift as it was quite noisy outside, especially when there were large groups or school students around.

Very near to the tram station, and next to a ski lift. The location was excellent as it provided immediate access to ski slopes and shuttle buses were also available for transportation to nearby resorts. In addition, the hotel's free shuttle service was very convenient, and the hot spring had a terrific outdoor scenery. The staff was very accommodating and there was immediate access to the family resort which was a plus.
All was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to get there with our luggage. We were also delighted to find that it's just a stone's throw away from the ski area, where we spent most of our time. the staff were friendly and always willing to lend a hand whenever we needed something. the breakfast was always delicious and wholesome, providing us with enough energy to hit the slopes. the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of room to store our ski gear.
this was only a minor issue that did not detract from our overall experience.

The proximity to ski slopes made it an ideal location for our Easter ski trip. The outdoor onsen was rejuvenating and melted away our tiredness. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was reliable and convenient.
The room we stayed in was outdated and had a lingering musty smell. The food offered was subpar, not much variety and tasted bland.
